Biography :
I have over 10 years in real estate in NC. I am a
North Carolina native and currently reside on the Crystal Coast of NC of which
I have vacationed for more than 40 years. I know a lot about the area. Due to being near the coastline, we have a lot
of vacation properties of which are great income producing properties. My
husband and I have owned an investment (2nd home) property from more than 6
years of which we manage ourselves. So, I offer those investment property seekers the
advantage of being able to advise them of the pros and cons of owning a local
short-term rental property. I cover the Carteret, Onslow and Craven Counties of
